Q1.When can I get the quotation?

A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A:After price confirmation,you can require for samples to check our quality .

If you need the samples,we will charge for the sample Express fee. But the cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

Q3. How long can I expect to get the samples?

A:After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q4. What about the lead time for mass production?

A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to 15 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Yes, we produce LED Strip/Tube lights for more than 5 years.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
