Q : May I have a sample order before bulk one?
A : Yes, of course. You can choose any model or mix them if needed.

Q: What's the MOQ?
A:For wholesaler is 30pcs, for the samples is 1pc.

Q: What about the lead time ?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 25-35 days.

Q: How long will it take to execute my order?
A:This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advice a production schedule for you.
Normally, we will deliver the 20’ft container in 30 days.

Q: How about the load capacity?
A: Our desk load capacity is around 1000N-1500N, about 150kgs.

Q:How many cycle do you test the life testing?
A:We test more than twenty thousand life testing .

Q:Is product quality reliable ?
A:We sold our products to over more than 30 countries, many of our products have passed the CE,SAA and UL test.

Q:How long will it take for assemble the desk frame ?
A:For two legs three stage desk frame for example ,it will take about 8 minutes if two persons assemble together .

Q:What about your after-sale service ?
A:We will send out the product by free with customer's next order by sea if the problem caused from us. We advice you do 5% extra quantity than the order, it will help you do the after service more quickly.

Q : Can I print my logo on desk base?
A : Yes, we can print the logo or brand as your specification, and stick on the desk base or control box.
