A: We have a professional OC team with 2 members to test the products and packages before delivery. We will control the goods quality during all the mass production. We guarantee our customer 100% satisfaction on all our products. Please feel free to feedback us immediately if you are not satisfied with Johoo's quality or service, if the product doesn't meet the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next oeder. For foreign orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special case , we will give discount as a solution.

Q3. Can I ask for a sample before place an order?

A: Yes, samples are available if necessary. Yet for consideration of saving postage, we also provide detailed pictures and other documents you require to smooth your concern as an alternative solution.

Q4.If I order a small quantity,will you treat me seriously?

Yes,you can visit our factory at any timeBesides showing you around our factory,we can also help you book hotel,pick up at the airport,etc.

Q6.What is the payment term of your factory?

Normally in T/T  30% deposit,70% balance before loading:L/C,OA ,trade assurance acceptable.
