A2:Usually it will take 3-4 month including the product design, authorization test and first shipment.

A3: We are not a big factory but we are the quality creditable factory. We passed the ISO9001 and all the company procedures are operated comply to the standard.

A4:  CE CB certificate by TUV approval  and our main market is Middle east and Europe.

 Q5. How  about the products warranty?

A5: Generally we offer 3years warranty for most products, also have 5 years warranty on the client's requirements ,we will replace the defective parts after our approval and send the replacement in the acceptable way.
