Q1. May I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Sample order needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 30-35 days. 

Q3. What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 30 PCS for each model. Sample order is also acceptable.

Q4. What types of packaging do you usually use?

A: We normally use whole polyfoam protection and 5-layer exporting cartons for the packing. We will also do wooden packaging if need to shipped by express.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT etc. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. We can also ship by sea or by air. 

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the products and cartons or can we do color boxes?

 A: Yes. You can send us your own design or tell our your requirement. We will confirm with you before the production. 

 Q7. Do you offer guarantee for your products?

 A: Yes, we offer 2 years’ warranty for our products and 10 years’ warranty for the motor.

 Q8. What kind of certificate do you have?

We have CE/RoHS/SAA/REACH/ERP certification and we have a strict quality controlling system.
