The casting workshop is equipped with three 20-ton melting furnaces, a large homogenizing furnace, and three hot-top casting machines of the same level imported from the United States. The daily output of the fusion casting production line is more than 200 tons, and it is equipped with environmental protection systems such as dust removal and desulfurization to ensure clean production in the workshop.
Mould Production Line
The mold processing center has a series of complete mold manufacturing production lines from mold design, mold manufacturing, mold maintenance, etc., and imported advanced processing equipment such as CNC machining centers, slow wire cutting machines, and CNC electric sparks, with an annual output of more than 10,000 sets of molds.
Extrusion Production Line
The extrusion workshop has 22 extruded production lines of 500-2500 tons of well-known brands imported from Taiwan and domestic,with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons.
