A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
 
Q2: What is the lead time?                                                                                             
A:Sample needs 3-5days .It usually takes 30 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was non standard, we have to consider extra 10-15days for tooling/mould made.

Q3: Can we send a solar mosaic jar light sample for reference?
A: We are glad to send solar mosaic jar light samples for your inspection. Standard samples can be free, but you may need to pay the express fees.

Q4: Can you print our brand on the product?
A: Yes, Of course. It can make customer’s brand logo.

Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit for light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance tothe  standards.
