Features

TMAX-PCE-22 is a desktop Ultraviolet (UV) Ozone cleaner with substrate heater, which is used for cleaning all types of substrates to achieve better thin film quality at low cost. Also, it is an excellent tool to remove and strip photoresist, improve surface wettability, Clean SEM & TEM samples, UV polymer activation, assembly etc.

1. Substrate cleaning before film deposition. Scrap and stabilize photoresist. Ultra-high vacuum sealing.
2. Cleaning silicon chips, lenses, mirrors, solar panels, cold rolled steel, inertial guide parts and GaAs chips
3. Clean flux, hybrid circuit and flat panel LCD display
4. Cleaning of etched Te-flon, Fluororubber and other organic materials which can enhance the passivation surfaces of GaAs and Si oxides
5. Ink Removal after substrate final testing
6. Effective removal of photoresist
7. Effective Cleaning of Flat Panel Display/LCD
