Products Description

1.Quantity check

Quantity check is necessary for Pre-shipment Inspection/Final Random Inspection(PSI), During Production Inspection(DPI), Initial Production Check (IPC), Full Inspection and Supervision of loading. The quantity check include the unfinished product, packed and unpacked product. And all the data would be recorded in the quantity chart of report. The quantity chart as bellow:

2.Workmanship check

Workmanship check is the most inportant part of product inspection. Inspector selected samples according to ANSI / ASQ Standard Z1.4-2008 or client's request. All defects will be recorded in report and take detail photos with a caption. You can refer to bellow photos. And we will give a result (PASSED/FAILED) for this part according to the standard and defective quantity. All defects will be picked out by inspector and Supervise factory rework.

3.ON-SITE TEST

On-site test is to check the the function & performance and parameter of products. We use different test items for differentproducts. All test items will be confirmed with you before testing, and you can decide on the final test items, we will also giveyou some reasonable Suggestions for your reference.
Here we selected a few test items to give you a better understanding of the testing part of the inspection process. Please referto bellow chart:

4.Measurment check

Measurement check include package size&weight check and product size&weight check. All measurement information would be recoreded in report like the bellow picture.

Client’s special requirment

In order to better inspect the products, in addition to the above four inspection items, we also accept other reasonable requirements from customers. Like seal samples, give some important feedback on site.... All of your concerns will have a result.

2. How to start the inspection?
Client send us the booking and book 2-3days in advance. We contact Factory to confirm the inspection. Client Confirm the inspection plan and pay. We perform the inspection and client get inspection report within 12hours.
3. What we need to provide you for inspection?
The Factory contact way, Products information as well as your special quality control requirement if you have. Some client will send approved samples also
4. What information does the inspection report include?
A. Our written reports are very detailed, including accurate description of all defects and inconsistencies, statistic analysis based on the highly recognized AQL standard and plentiful spot pictures for illustration.A written report + Inspectoin video + Original pictures will provided with 24hours after inspection

5. What the Inspection rate?
Inspection's all-inclusive standard rate is USD128.00/Man-day in all cities of China except Hongkong, Taiwan. This standard rate covers up to 12 working hours per assignment (including traveling, inspection and report preparation). There is no extra charge for inspectors' transportation and accommodation expense.
6. How to pay?
Payment via Bank Transfer, Paypal,Western Union or Alibaba Escrow is acceptable. Inspection cost always need to be prepaid before inspection.
