A: For making a new mould/tool it takes about 5 to 10 days. For mass production it takes about 7 to 15 days, it's depent on your
order qty.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free but the cost of freight need pay by customer.
Q: What's the payment terms?
A: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment should be full pay before shipment. Accept Paypal, T/T, West Union etc.
