Q1. Can all the products be customized?
A: all infrared ray, ultraviolet ray product can be customized, equipment and repair also can come graph processing.
Q2. What is the outer package of the product?
A: the lamp tube inside 20 sticks can package with paper pack, if the length of the product exceeds 800MM, we will arrange wooden case.
The equipment and consumables are packed in wooden cases because the lamp is too heavy. If there is any doublt, please contact customer service.
Q3. Processing cycle?
A: the processing cycle of all products is subject to contact with customer service. About 20 days for the lamp tube, the production period of equipment products will be longer.
Q4. Order quantity?
A: lamp tube and minimum order quantity is 3-5 above. The MOQ of the equipment is 1 set. Please refer to the instructions after contacting the customer service.
