1 We offer a "ONE YEAR" limited warranty on item(s) that confirm to be manufacturer defect within "ONE YEAR" from the initial purchase date.
Warranty claim will only be applied to replacement only.
2 Our RMA Department reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges for any item(s) returned past "ONE YEAR"

Q2: How long you can ship my order?

    A: All orders can be shipped within 24 hours-15 business days according to the order.

Q3: What is your sample policy?

   A: We are supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and courier cost

Q4: How much the Courier freight will be for the samples?

    A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

Q5: What is your  terms of payment?

    A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q6: what's the warranty of your products? 
    A: 12 months
