.Q:Are you a factory or trading company? 
  A:We are a factory.

Q: Can I get any samples? 
A: For old customers,we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight.

For new customers,we will charge 50% higher than the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also. when you place an order, sample fee will be returned to you.

Q: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes. We provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design and carton design

Q: What is the MOQ of your products?

A: The MOQ of our products is 500 packs for one model one size.But we also support small order.

Q: What's the delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 25-35days to produce an order after we received the deposit. But the exact delivery time might be different for orders .

Q:Can we just order small quantity?
A:of course,small quantity change into big quantity,so we hope we can give us a chance,reach a win-win goal in th end.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: Quality is priority. We pay much attention to the quality check,we have QC in every production line.      
Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
