Our  bathroom vanity cabinet uses high quality,high density MDF,processed by painting 3 times primer and 2times surfaces ,specfic process of high gloss paint :the first thing you nedd to do is to clean and sand panel,then  paint primer and wait to dry.Brush a coat of oil-based paint.Repeat the step and do 3 times coat of paint.The next step is paint the color on the surface and then second time varnish paint.After 2 times surface high gloss paint,repair and polish.Once they are completely dry ,they are redy for use .

The melamine is quite popular in european countries .Usually the carcases are 120g warm white color,and the door panel have over 1000 types of colors and wood grains.They are  all in stock in china so that you can choose whatever you want,It can also be developed and customized according to the different needs of colors,wood grains,textures and patterns,etc.Usually the melamine finish will uses MFC as substrate,Our factory native MFC manfactured by shredding the wood grown in mountain into pieces which has fine qualiry of deformation and scratching resistance.The environment protection level can reach EO,E1 level which is very friendly to the environment  .Where as the other small-scale factories will use harmful to human body .The price of recyled wood board is 40% lower than the native MFC,E2 level and easily to cause deformation .


WOOD VENEER FINISHING

There are 2 categories of wood veneer. nalural wood vaneer and artiflcial wood veneer. The most popular wood veneer in the market is oak wood veneer. beech wood veneer,cherry wood veneer, birch wood veneer and ash wood veneer ,Wood veneer carcase is always painted in 0.2 mm thinckness while door panel is 0.45mm thickness. The finish of wood veneer all depends on the painting. Paintmg can be divided into difteren type. such as poish, open and seafrng painting. The edge banding materia is slso wood veneer . There are many top parint masters in China with over than 15 years painting experience, which can make the world wide popular colors, and offer us specialtextures. Usually, may can make the samples within three days  .

 SOLID WOOD FINISHING

Solid wood concerned to red oak, cherry, maple and bet birch. There are two ways of consolidation. 90 degree right angle and 45 degree angle.The manufactures always dry the solid wood into  into 8 degree to prevent wood become cracking and deformation ,then they begin to painting .There are mainly two paintings of solid wood, NC Painting and PU painting.

The carcase of kitchen cabinet's materials we import to european/Australian are double sided warm white MFC/MDF,and plywood mostly for America and Canada .Plywood usually can be white or same color as door panel.
