Customs

1.  The price you paid for the item excludes any customs tax.Our company does not shoulder any duties in destination company.

2.  We are trying to help you to minimize or avoid any GST or VAT,or other Import Taxes,but we cannot guarantee no tax charges as it depends on your country’s policy.

3.Please be informed that the Customs Office in all countries have their right to inspect all the mails for their countries and levy the customs charges for the items. And Chantop co.,ltd isn't responsible for any importing Duty/Tax.

Shipping
1. Chantop has signed shipment agreement with famous express company agents (Like DHL, FedEx, TNT and EMS). And can get great discount from them, we can offer cheapest shipment cost to you. And the Shipment is traceable online. We will tell you the tracking number as soon as we ship out.

2. Items are shipped after payment is confirmed.

3. We ship items via EMS,DHL,UPS,FEDEX or Airmail.

4. We're not responsible for any accidents ,delays or other issues that are the responsibility of shipping service.

5. Any importing charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment
1. Payment must be made within 3days of order.

Return Policy

1. If the goods is defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.Chantop will accept returns or refunds within 7 days of the shipment of your order.Items returned after 7days of delivery are only eligible for repair.

2. Returns must be first acknowledged by Chantop prior to return.Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and initiate the return process.

3. All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return/refund. 

4. RMAs are only valid for 30 days from date of issue. Expired RMAs will not be honored. 

5. Buyer shall responsible for the shipping costs if return.
