2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China. Our factory is not far away from Baiyun Airport .
you can call me to pick you up when you are arrived at baiyun airport.
3. Q: how long is the warranty ?
A: 2 years warranty( light source 1 year). If there are some problems with our quality. Send me video or pictures to show the problems. And we will send new parts(ecxept fo the bulb) for free. But you have to pay the freight.
4. Q: Do you have CE/ROHS certificate?
A: Yes, we can offer the CE/ROHS certificates as to your requirements.
5. Q: When can i get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we got your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us in your email so that we will regard your enquiry priority.
6. Q: How can i get a sample?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quanlity of the order is more about the MOQ.
7. Q: What's the shipping method and deliery time?
A: Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air or by Express. Which method to be used is
based on the weight and size of the package and with consideration of customer's requirements.
