2.Q: How long we can get the products from you? 
A: For sample order ,it takes about 2 days . For bigger order , 3-7 days,according to the quantity.

3.Q: What is the payment terms?
A: For sample , we accept western union , T/T and paypal ; For bigger orders , we accept T/T,western union OR Trade Assurance

4.Q: Can you help me to print our logo or company name on the products or package? 
A: Of course . Your logo can be printed on the products or package.(OEM&ODM permit)
5. Q: What's your warranty?
A: Our warranty is 1-year. Spare parts on free during the 1st year;Spare parts to be charged during the 2nd and 3rd year.Spare parts still can be offered beyond of the warranty if the products is still be produced.

6.Q: If the products broken during the warranty, what should I do? 
A: If there is a problem with the products,you describe it and send pictures or video to us to analyse, then we will guide you how to fix it and provide spare parts on free if needed.
7. Q: What's your certificates?
A: CE,ROHS,FCC,IEC certificates passed.
