Q: What about the MOQ?
A: For our products in ready stock, we have NO MOQ but normally 12pcs per model. For normal OEM order, the MOQ is 600 pcs per model but no more than 2 colors. For accessories, please contact us to get the MOQ and latest price.

Q: Can I customize my own design and choose the color I want?
A: Of course, we have several professional designers who can help you with your designs. For ready stock, we can help print or laser you logos when the quantity up to 60 pcs per model. Please well noted the production time need 5-7 days. If your quantity is big enough and up to 600 pcs per model, we can also customize your design, color, material of both lenses and frame. But the production time need 15-60 days.
Q: May I have a sample to test quality before I place the order? How much the sample cost?
A: Sure !
1)For our ready design, free sample is available, but freight is required.
2)For your design sample, both sample charge and freight are asked.
Q: What is the Lead Time?
A: For ready stock, we will ship out items within 5 working days after getting your payment. If you need customize your logos, we will ship out within 10 days. As for OEM orders, we will ship out within 60 days in normal condition after getting your payment.
Q: How many days will I get my goods?
A: If you choose EMS or E-packet, you will get them in 15-25 days in normal condition. If you choose Express, you will get in 5-7 days.
Q: Is the price negotiable?
A: Yes, the price we quote is based on the quantity for the order. You will get more discount absolutely if you order more.
Q: What's the packing?
A: Usually is inner box+ outside carton, It can be packed as your requirement.
