Q1. What’s your MOQ? Can I order small order QTY at the first time?
A: For new customers, small order QTY is accepted at the first time. And the bigger quantity you place, the better price we can offer.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It depends on the quantity. Generally it takes around 15days after deposit payment for us to finish the order.(Except customized products)
Q3. Which payment term? A: Usuall we prefer T/T , alibaba platform.
Q4. How many years do you guarantee for your products? A: For most of our products, we can offer 3 years warranty ; For commercial light is 2 years warranty.
Q5. Can you do ODM, OEM products? A: Yes, ODM, OEM order is accepted.
Q6. How to proceed an order for lighting product? A: Firstly Let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly Customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
