Outer packing: Craft carton packaging, the package can be done as customers' requirements.

1, Warranty

• Shipping damage has to be reported within 5 business days of which the product was delivered.
• Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period.
• Non-Defective Merchandise (10% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt.
• Warranty period: Default 2 years warranty(starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages. Buyer are responsible the resent shipping fee.
• Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.

2, Shipment

• We will combine shipping for multiple items. Before you bidding multiple items please contract with us to confirm the postage discount .

• Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared. (Legal holidays occurring within the business week are not counted as a business day)

• You will receive a message or e-mail with tracking or delivery confirmation information when your item has shipped.

• Most items will be shipped via EMS/UPS/FEDEX.Items shipped to USA usually need 5-7 days for delivery.

3, Payment

• You will be e-mailed payment instructions after your buy-it-now or auction ends. Payments must be received within 7 calendar days or you may forfeit your items.

• When sending payment, please include all auction numbers and your shipping information.

4, Return Policy

• Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of arrival and must have seller`s approval which is emailed or message. We will not process any returns, exchanges or refunds without approval ,and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

• Returned items must be in original, uninstalled condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc.

• In the rare case of a missing or defective part ,only a relplacement or exchange will be made.

1, How to get a sample?

    Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.

2, Can your factory print our brand on the product?

    Our factory can print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers.Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

3. What about the leading time? 

    In general, the leading time is about 7 to 15 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time.Thanks for your kindly cooperation in advance.

4. If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?

    We offer good after-sales service, once you received the product, if there

are any problems, pls inform us immediately, we sure we can deal with that perfectly.

5. What is your payment term?
    FOB term,TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; Credit Card is also acceptable.

6. What is your delivery term?
    Ex-factory, FOB, CFR, CIF are acceptable.
