A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Different MOQ for different products, and 1pc for sample checking is available. But you know that big quantity will have best price.

In general, 30% deposit in advance, balance should be paid before the shipment.

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Airline and sea shipping also optional. We will arrange the delivery according to yout requirements. And we promise to provide high quality products without shipment delay to meet the demands of the market.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 5-7 years warranty to our products.

Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A: 1) Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
2) we have built a professional technical team for quality control and innovation development with the powerful management and QA&QC team.
3) During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
