The whole lamp adopts UVA + UVC. LED light source kills bacteria up to 99.9%, and is compatible with the LED flexible strip light

1. Do you have certificate for your products ?
R: Yes, our products have CE (EMC+LVD), Rohs(SGS) and ETL certification.
2. Do you have warranty for products?
R: Yes, we have 3 and 5 years waranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the proof showing product quality issue and certified by LEDYi engineers, we will request customers to ship back the failure
parts and replace new items with free shipping cost.
3. Do you offer free sample and what's the MOQ?
R: Yes, we offer free sample and no MOQ for standard products, have MOQ for customized products.
4. What is the lead time of Ledyi Lighting?
R: Usually we ship orders in 2 weeks. But it will take a little longer if we have heavy burden of production task. It also takes more time for customized products.
5. Can Ledyi Lighting accept customized assembly or offer OEM products?
R: Yes, Ledyi lighting has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
6. What is the main market of Ledyi Lighting?
R: We are selling more to EU and North America because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate accounts for 70-80% of our turnover. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other American and Asian regions.
