A: Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM service, which is suitable for mass production orders.

A: We usually accept T/T and L/C, 50% of the deposit and balance should be delivered at the port of shipment from Shenzhen or Guangzhou before shipment. If you have other requirements, please contact Sunny for negotiation.

A: First of all, we have strict IQC procedures, strict quality control system. Secondly, within the warranty period, we will send new materials or whole lamps so that a small number of new orders. For defective bulk products, we will use our freight to repair and resend, or we will discuss the solution according to the actual situation, and your warranty problem will be solved as soon as possible.
