1, What is the shipping cost for my order?
It depends on your quantity and your address.
For sample order, usually we suggest you to choose Express such as DHL/TNT/FEDEX or Air Freight to your Nearest Airport if you have the ability of custom clearance yourself;
For bulk order, by sea will be your best choice.
2, When will my order ship?
For sample order, usually we ship within 10 work days.
For bulk order, usually we deliver goods at 25-30 work days depends on your quantity and requirements.
For bespoke projects, usually it needs more time, it depends on the real situation such as how many items and quantities, does the lamps need open molds or not; etc.
3, What is the warranty for the products?
Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery.
