Main power cable using 2x2.5mm² above, if LED Rigid Bar lines need to lengthen the lamp power must be selected wire above 0.75mm² / 18 # specifications, in order to avoid overloading the power cord leading to excessive heat, causing adverse consequences. Switching power supply and power cord length straight between the lamp must not exceed 3 meters, if not the line loss will increase, the total power increases;
Please use the connection diagram in the wiring scheme;
When the screws into the lamp mounting shoud be holded straight holes, and locked;

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
