1) L/C: In order to make our business safe, we recommand this payment for container orders.

2)TT(30% deposit and 70% payment before shipment).

3)Western Union: for some region: it is the best way for payment, but the service charge is a little high than other payments when the order reach 10,000USD.

4)Paypal: it is the best and quickerest way for trial orders in order to save time.

1)Shipment by express:DHL,UPS,FEDEX(door to door service)we working wth their for more than 5years,so we can get the best price with best service.

2)Shipment by Air:considering the expensive international freight,shipment by air is the good choice if the goods more than 100KG,note:it is door to airport,you need pick up the goods to airport ^ ^.

3)Shipment by SEA:It is cheapest shipment way,people always choose it when the goods weight more 1-2CBM at least,by the way,it is door to port,you have to pick up the goods to the port.

Answer : Send Inquiry to  YLL → Specification Confirmation → Quotation → Sample List Confirm → Proforma Invoice → Payment Bank Slip → Sample Delivery → Sample Satisfactory → Bulk Order List → Proforma Invoice → 30% Deposit Payment in Advance → Production Ready → 70% Balance bank slip → Delivery → After Sale Service

2. What is the warranty for the 18W led panel light ?

Answer : 3~5 years warranty is offered depending on different types of lights. If item fails due to quality problem during warranty, we can send new replacement with freight on ours immediately if urgently. Or we prefer to send replacement with next order.

3. What is the payment term?

Answer : For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable

4. Can you offer free samples for the led light panel ?

Answer : No, but sample fee can be refunded depending on the coming order amount.

5. Can I add my logo on the product label?

Answer : Yes, but order quantity is requested depending on different lights.

6. I don’t know how many led tube light should I use, can you advise?

Answer : Yes, we can help you do the lighting design using software Dialux, IES file is available if you have the design team.
