1. Q: Where is your company and factory? How far is it away from the Shenzhen Port?

     A: We are located in Guangming District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, where is only half an hour away from Shenzhen Port.

2. Q: What kind of products your company produces?

    A: As an OEM, ODM manufacturer with our own factory, we produce All kinds of solar products, including solar panels, solar power generators for home, commercial and industrial, solar streetlights, solar pumping, PAYGO, etc. 

3. Q: Are your products available to customise?

4. Q: How long is the warranty of your products? How can you gurantee the after-sales service?

    A: The warranty for PAYGO is 2 years while for the solar panels is 5 years.
