A. By Express-such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT. It is door-to-door, usually 3-7 days for the delivery.

B. By China Post. It takes 20-60 days for the delivery.

If it is urgent, we would suggest you choose Express delivery(The fast one).

If it is not that urgent, you may choose China post. It is slower but much cheaper.

A:  Yes all products are original and produced by original manufacturers.

Q. What is your lead time?

A:  No lead time for in-stock products. Most of the products can be sent out within 3 days after             payment is confirmed.

Q. What is your warranty?

A:  90 days after goods have been received. Our products will be 100% tested before they are shipped out.

Q. What's the MOQ for your products?

A:  We accept small orders from our customers. Please contact with us.

Q. How do I pay for the order?

A:  You may pay by TT, Paypal, Western Union and Alibaba online. Or you may also consult us.

Q. How are my parcels shipped?

A:  Normally we use DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS and HONGKONG POST. Please contact with us otherwise.

Q. Do you provide the BOM Kitting service? Can I send my BOM to you?
