A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for rechargeable emergency light ?

A: We provide 5 years warranty for our lamps. Spare parts purchasing is available anytime. We supply 1% free east damaged spare parts on basis of container orders. It is suggested to buy spare parts to build stock for future customer service.
