Q1: Where are your factory and shop located? How can I visit you?

A1: Our factory and shop are located in Yiwu international trade city, Zhejiang province.

Q2: Do you have stock?

A2: We have lots of goods in stock. You can ask us if the goods are in stock before order.

Q3: What's the MOQ?

A3: If the goods are in stock, you can order small quantity. If not, the MOQ is usually 200-1000pcs per style.

Q4: What is your delivery time?

A4: For stock goods, it takes about 2-3 days to deliver. For the goods that need production, it shall take 7-45 days to deliver as per different item.

Q5: Can I get samples?

A5: Yes, contact us if you need.

Q6: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

A6: Yes, both OEM and ODM are acceptable to us. Sampling usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on the styles. Sample fees need further evaluation case by case.
