On the other hand,to avoid the nigrescent problem of powder during injection,here are some suggestions for customers as below:
1.For the lumnous powder,the customer should choose the soft and small particles of granularity.
2.For the injection machine,the customer should choose old and short screw(0.8m was preferred)
3.Manual re-mix the pigments preferred,avoid to use the machine.
4.During the injection molding,try the best to lower the temperature and pressure.
5.Finally,the proportion of luminous powder during the injection used in general 3%-10%,customer can use the different percentage base on the luminous brightness and cost,but suggest the percentage not more than 10%.
6.It also can use in ink and paint,print,ceramic,mosaic,coating and so on.
