Established in Xiamen in 2003, Austar Hearing Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. (Austar Hearing) is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to improving the hearing of the hearing impaired through technology. Austar Hearing specializes in R & D, production and sales of hearing products such as hearing aids,hearing equipment and acoustic related equipment.

Austar Hearing has obtained ISO13485, CE, and FDA certifications from SGS (Swiss General Notary Group). It has achieved excellent performance in the global market with more than 500 agents in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and nearly 3,000 distributors in China. Austar Hearing has carried out research and development projects with universities such as Tsinghua University and Jimei University. It has authorized 1 invention patent, 17 utility model patents, 8 software copyrights, 5 design patents. As the subsidiary of Austar Hearing, Laa-med Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was awarded the Xiamen Introduction Project of Double Hundred Talents. In international cooperation, Austar Hearing's international partners include ON Semiconductor, NXP Semiconductors, Intricon and Knowles Electronics.

In 2019, Haicang factory was invested in Xiamen. This new factory is located in Haicang Biological and Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, with an area of about 12000m³, which aims at becoming the largest hearing aid R&D Production base in China, so as to provide full industrial support for Austar and better services for customers.

A: We have 2 factories with 6 specialized R&D teams focusing on design, engineering and processing, as well as listening solutions, so definitely we can provide OEM and ODM services;

Q4. Do you have to sign a confidentiality agreement?
A: CE Listening pays high attention to intellectual property of both parties, so we will sign a confidentiality agreement to protect our intellectual property. For your ODM/new items, we promise you that we will never show it in public or show it to other clients.
