Kyokaran
Osenbei includes "arare", "okaki" and "senbei" and is popular in Japan for people of all ages. Arare" and "Okaki" are made of sticky rice. As the name implies, "arare" means "hail" in japanese, it is about the size of a hailstorm that falls in winter. An "okaki" is something larger than that. There are also significant differences between the two histories. Okaki is a large rice cake that is chopped into pieces and baked or fried with a mallet. This was a common snack that was eaten by ordinary families everywhere. Arare, on the other hand, was served to foreign guests at the imperial court in the Nara period. It means it was a noble food. The "Kyo-Karran" is a traditional Japanese snack in a can with a cute traditional Japanese pattern. This product is sold only in few areas in Japan, and is very popular among tourists, especially women.
