1. Are you a manufacture?
A: Yes, we're professional for manufacturing and selling plastic house-ware products about 30 years.
2. Can you do OEM or ODM project ? What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation for OEM/ODM project?
A: Yes. And please let me know the following detail information so that we can recommend the similar items for your reference.
-The size of the products(Length * Width * Height)
- The material and weight also the quantity
- The size of printing logo(if need)(Length * Width * Height). It will be much more better to send us your design.
- If it is possible, please also provide with picture and color of the product
3.Can I change the way of packing or make my customize color ?
A: Change packing :If you order less than 20 carton for each item, you have to accept our usual way of packing without any change.If you order more, we could consider to change the packing way. But the cost will be different and we have to check the pricesagain.
Customize color: yes, we can do any color you need. Just pls provide the pantone number to us is ok. And MOQ for each color is 5000pcs per item.
4. How many items can be assorted in one container?
A: Normally no more than 10 items/20ft, no more than 20 items/40ft. However, if you need too many items assorted in one container, wehave to wait for the other orders to reach the MOQ for each item and arrange production at the same time. In this case thedelivery time will be much longer and you can not choose the colors.
5. Do you have stock products to sell?
A: Few. Normally, we do not have stock products to sell. We can check accordingly.
6. Do you inspect the finished products?
A: Yes, each step of production and finished products will be camed out inspection by QC department before shipping.
7. Do you have BSCI, Sedex 4P audit report ?
A: Yes. And we also have certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, BRC and so on.
8. What kinds of customer we are selling to ?
A: We are selling to more than 160 countries all over the world. Also, we are working with many world-famousenterprise and Brand like Sears-Kmart, Wal-mart, Target, Woolworth, Tesco, Lidl, Daiso, Disney ,,,.
