Ans.: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and 

packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

Ans.: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

Ans.: Generally, it will take 7 -10 working days after receiving your advance payment. 

The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. What is the warranty of our machine?

Ans.:Our main machine enjoys a 1 year warranty(except for the hammer), during this time all accessories

broken can be changed for a new one.And we provide videos for machine install and operation.

Q6. What is your terms of packing?

Ans.: Generally, we use standard exported wooden case for LCL goods, and fixed well for FCL goods.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Ans.: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.And we will attach our inspect report for every machine.

Q8.Do you Preferred provide wear parts for transacted clients?

Ans.: Yes, we have recor d s for your clients, and will  prefer  provid ing  accessories to clients.
