You can choose machine on our website according to your request. Or you can let our seller know what is your request specification or what is your parts, so let our seller recommend suitable machine to you. 

3.Can you provide training for operation CNC machines?

Yes, free training in our factory is available.

4.What is your machines warranty?

All machines purchased directly from the factory enjoy a one-year machine warranty period and two-year system warranty period.

5.How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, because of product quality problems, the company is responsible for free maintenance, if need to change parts, we be responsible for free replacement.
If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine quality problems, when the buyer needs us send engineers to give repairing service, we charge the appropriate cost.

6. Can I get spinning samples from your machines?

Yes, we can do a free spinning sample for you, but the cost about spinning molds and test material, you need to pay them.

7. Can I do batch production in your cnc spinning machine?

Yes, we have our metal spinning factory whose cnc spinning machines were made by our factory. If you worry about our machines production efficiency, you can take your product to do 1 or 2 batch production in our machines first.

8.How long is the sample lead time?

Usually 5-10 days after we confirm receipt of your mold and materials.

If we need to do the spinning mold for you, it is received 15-30 days after molds costs and material costs.

If the spinning sample is difficult or it a large sample, we need more time, we will be informed in advance.

In any case, we are quick to respond to your request.

9. What is your terms of payment ?

Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

10.What's the trade assurance?
When you look at our alibaba website, you will see the trade security, its purpose is to let every buyer confidence, it can protect your payment, ensure that the suppliers fulfill their commitment to the date of shipment and the quality of the products (as you stated in the purchase order).
If the supplier finds breach of these contractual obligations, alibaba will indemnify you for 100% of your trade guarantee.
