1. Q: What is your company sample policy?
A: We could not offer you free sample but sample fee could be reimbursed after placing orders. Sample payment is by paypal or bank account. Sample days are 7-10 days.
2. Q: What is your mass production terms of payment?
A: Payment:T/T, 30% for deposit, the balance 70% should be paid before the shipment.
3. Q: What is your mass production process?
A: mass samples(about 7-10 days)-confirmed by customer-purchasing mass production materials(15 days)-mass production(depend on quantity)-finish mass production
