Product Description

          HC-8020W is bi-component thermal curable solder mask, the ink is fit to make aluminum copper clad laminates, fiber board and paperboard. It consists of special resins, solvents and advanced pigments, which has good printing adaptability, the cured film is smooth and full that can provide excellent adhesion for various base materials , and has high insulation resistance and solder resistance.

1 Properties

1. Color: white 

2. Viscosity :300±30ps(25℃,VT–06F)

3. Fineness: 25μm  Hardness: 5H

4. Mix ratio:base/hardener=4/1

5. Storage method:below 25℃,six months,humidity 50~60%

 

2 The main advantage

1. Traditional printing,simple process, direct high temperature curing after printing, no need for exposure and development process.

2. It has good heat resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, the hardness can get to 5H.

3. This product is environmentally friendly and has passed the highest environmental standards in the EU.

 

Working procedure

 

1. Mixing

Stir the ink for 15 minutes and remain for 15-20 minutes,allow the ink viscosity to stabilize before printing begins(If adding viscosity, add 1%-2% of appropriate diluent , it is recommended to use anti-white water BCS diluent).

 

2. Pre-treatment

Chemical treatment or physical treatment , to ensure that the surface is clean and dry.

 

3.Printing

3.1  Screen mesh: 51T–100T.

3.2  Scraper: 60-75 degrees; Note: The scraper requires no gap, sharp and flat.

3.3  Printing thickness: 10-20um.

3.4  Note: If you stop printing for more than 15 minutes,you must print a few sheets of dust-proof paper and silk screen film before restarting printing.Due to the increase in the viscosity of the ink on the printing screen,uneven ink is generated.

3.5 Post cure

Hot air circulation oven;

1. Pre-baking, 150 ℃± 5 ℃,5-10minutes.                    

2. After baking, 150 ℃± 5 ℃,25-40 minutes.

         Tunnel furnace:200℃~220℃.

         Speed, plate thickness 0.8~1.2, 2~3minutes.

         Speed, plate thickness 1.2~1.5, 3~4minutes.

 

Attention 

1.The ink contains solvent, and the workplace should be well ventilated.The room temperature should be maintained at 25℃± 3℃.    

2.The ink needs to be printed within 7 hours.

3.In case of accidental contact with the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with soap and plenty of water. Do not use any solvents.
