Customized requests on packing is also available. 

We usually ship goods by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional, it takes about one week to arrive by airline and about one month by sea.

Q1. Can I get a sample order?

A:  Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q2. What’s the MOQ for Rayrun controllers?

A: We don’t have MOQ for standard products orders. For orders with customize requests, the MOQ would be based on the customize requests.

Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on Rayrun controllers?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design.

Q4. What about the lead time of orders from Rayrun?

A: For sample orders, the lead time is about one week after order confirmed; for mass production orders, the lead time is about 2 weeks after order confirmed; for order with customized requests, the latest lead time is 45 days after order confirmed.

Q5. What’s the warranty of Rayrun controllers?

A. We provide 5 years warranty for most of our items.

Q6. Can Rayrun products be customized on program?

A: Yes, all the products are accept customized orders. We have a strong R&D team and all our products are developed independently in house, both hardware and software.
