Q1: What is the meaning of EB, EM and AME in our product models?
In our LED retrofit products, EB stands for Electronic Ballast, EM is Electric Magnetic ballast with starter and AME series means it’s suitable for AC in, Magnetic ballast and Electric Ballast at the same time.
Q2: Could you explain what type of lamp is the EB series?.
For the traditional lamp, if the fixture doesn’t have starter on it, it is Electronic Ballast other than Magnetic ballast.(For example T5 lamp only come with EB).
Q3: Why will AME series be so innovative, compelling and competitive?.
Comparing to Magnetic ballast and Electronic Ballast fixtures, there have different lamp voltage output, so correct type of retrofit LED lamp should be installed. However, most of end customers don’t know how to tell the difference, so it may cause lamp malfunction or unintended hazards. Under this circumstances, AME series will be one for all solution to help end users in retail or DIY market.
Q4: Is it possible to get a contract of guarantee signed and stamped by our company ?
Yes, we can and it will be done while dealing with shipments.
Q5: Can T8 AME Series provide 5 year and 50000 hour warranty for all kinds of usage?
No, 5 year and 50000 hour warranty only come with Electronic Ballast retrofit, because operating conditions for other usages are totally different. Just like fluorescent lamps from other big large lighting brand, such as Oxxxx or Phxxxx, , FL lifespan in spec is also different between EB(ECG) or EM(CCG).
In conclusion, warranty are listed as following:
(1)Warranty of T8 AME Series to work with Electronic Ballast will be up to 5 years and 50000 hours; with AC in or CCG is up to 3 year and 30000 hours.
(2)Warranty of EB series is up to 5 years and 50000 hours.
(3)Warranty of EM series is 3 years and 30000 hours.

Q6: Can I have a sample order for LED light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q7: What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks.
Q8: Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q9: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q10: How to proceed an order for LED light?
A: First of all, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Finally, we arrange the production.
Q11: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q12: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q13: How to deal with the defective products?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
