Thank you for using DMX512 Decoder series.It adopts the advanced micro-computer control technology, it converts the DMX-512/1990 standard digital signal adopted widely in international to the analog control signal.Output 1~5 Channels for option and each channel able to achieve 256 levels of brightness controlling,and also it can be used as the connector of PC digital-light controller and analog light modulator. It is mainly used for the controlling of buildings & lights applied LED.

Tech-parameter of 5 channel LED Controller:

1,Product panel operation instructions, through the digital tube display the address, through the switch control address code, when adjust to the address code of you need, can press lock key and lock the current address code, if in the current state not press the lock key, in 3 seconds the system self-locking address, demand reset address code, first press the unlock key, then set the address code. (in the lock key operation, the third paragraph digital tube will show the corresponding instructions), if in 5 minutes didn't any operation with the switch, so digital tube will be closed, If want to see the show again, press the unlock key again.

2,the DMX signal IN/OUT by RJ45,  PIN1: DATA+PIN2:DATA- PIN7.8:GND, DMX signals in parallel connection.

3,6PINs output interface (of altogether anode output driver, with a LED + interface and 5 channels CH1-CH2-CH3-CH4-CH5 output interface, may meet all kinds of full-color module and monochrome module automatically according to the lamps module load regulation output pulse). 2 PIN for power input interface (supply the power for decoder itself and decoder with lamps).

Notice:With self test procedures, Address Settings in 000, all 5CH full output during 3s,then each channel gradient.

DMX-512 control signal connection

1,DMX signal cable with three core belt shielding line (signal special wire), DMX signal positive, negative terminal crimping, in DMX signal line plug should be paid special attention to the polarity. The input interface and corresponding signal output from the DMX512 controller,signal is negative, and the connection of DE8238 signal.

2,The DMX5000 output and DE8238 transmission line can't exceed 300 meters.

3,Most DMX5000 each port connected 170 DE8238, the JBLED FLASH light system software can realize control and computer on-line, realize unlimited expansion cascade with DMX lamp.

4,Every connected 32 DE8238 control, DMX signal must be combined with a signal amplifier (such as: RE2000), cascade cannot be more than 4PCS.
